A humpback whale was stranded in the Baltic Sea – far from his home. He was stuck for 38 days while authorities hesitated.

Two wonderful people didn't give up. They fought for him, gave him a name – Hope, affectionately also called Timmy – until the authorities relented and allowed help.

Today, Timmy is on a barge on his way back to the Atlantic. Home. 🐋✨
